In recent years, in order to help farmers to effectively solve the difficulty of drying grains, we have introduced a grain dryer. In order to deepen understanding for farmers’using dryers, we keep sharing the basic conditions of dryers. Using grain dryer can not only effectively save input costs,but also can effectively enhance the drying efficiency and protect the stored grain better. Of course, the most important thing is to solve the farmers' difficulty on drying grain. Grain dryer owns strong drying ability, high drying efficiency, advanced technology. It is not easy for users to operate it at first time,now we mainly share the experience during initial operation: 

1.We need to measure the initial moisture of grain that before drying, then put the grains with similar initial moisture together as a group, then we will adopt reasonable drying methods in line with the initial moisture of each batch. 
2. According to the standard operating procedures, we need to setup the upper and lower limits of standard-setting instrument control. 
3.Timely close the value of induced draft fan, then open induced draft fan. Then we can slowly open the valve until the fan has returned to normal. 
4. After guaranteeing the smoothly running of fans of grain dryer, we will start the pre-cleaning cylindrical screen and bucket elevator, when the values of bucket elevator’s feed hopper are open to the appropriate location,we will start to put wet grains into pre-cleaning cylindrical screen, when there is food in the back to grain tube, we can stop feeding grains.
