Working principle
Non-block submerged pump elevates the materials to dewatering machine. Then screw conveyor gradually pushes the materials to the front of machine and increases the pressure of the machine front to make the material moisture out of mesh screen under the press and filter effect, finally the moisture is out of drain-pipe. Dewatering machine work is continuous and the material moisture is up to the dewatering machine body continuously. The pressure of front increases continuously, as it reaches to a certion degree, it opens the discharge hole and squeeze the squeezing month to achieve the purpose of extruding discharging.In order to control the discharging speed and water content, we can adjust the counterweight block under the main machine body to achieve the prope discharging state.
