Bean dregs dryer is a dryer by indirectly heating, and adopts countercurrent drying principle to achieve the purpose of drying. Bean dregs dryer is widely used for drying small particles of loose materials in chemical industry, light industry, agriculture, food industry, feed industry and other industries. For example, in light industry,it can dry brewer’s grain, bean dregs, grain, sawdust, Marc, sand, slag and other drugs; In chemical industry, it can dry small particles, powdered materials and inorganic minerals and other materials; In starch industry, it can dry corn germ, corn bran, corn (maize) fibre, protein powder, etc; In feed industry, it can dry bran, corn pieces, bean dregs, etc; In fish industry, it can dry fodder of fish and shrimp; In oil industry, it can dry rapeseed(not as seeds). In breeding industry, it can dryer chicken manure, pig manure, cow dung and others.

Working principle
1.Bean dregs dryer is mainly composed of pipes rotor, both ends of bearing, bearing pedestal, roller, roller ring, gear combination and shovelling plate, girder of shovelling plate, shell, pedestal, cylinder gear reducer, motor, etc.
2.Motor drive the tube rotor rotate through cylindrical gear reducer and gear rotate system. Materials from side inlet or up inlet enter into the dryer after the feeding screw or feeding belt conveyor. Many shovelling plates, which installed outside of the heating pipes, grab and push the material forward from the inlet to outlet port.
