Biomass pellet machine consists of feeding conveyor, compressor, discharging machine and other parts. Compressor consists of frame, motor, feeding hole, transmission system, pressure roller, ring mold, electric heating ring, discharging hole and other parts.

It cuts or rub silk the ready straw or pasture, the material length is under 50mm and the moisture is 10%-25%. The material is transported into feeding hole though feeding conveyor. The spindle rotation drives the compression roller to rotate. Though compression roller's rotation, the materials is forced to squeeze out from model hole and drop down from the discharging hole. After back to cool ( this moisture should not be more than 14%), the materils can be bag packaging.
