According to the material properties,by adopting the combination of color and image special processing algorithm,the Color Sorter successfully realized the material shape sorting.
According three visual function,There is lot of overlap in double color plane coordinate system,material is difficult to separate completely;in full color biacial space coordinates,we can find the best color separation surface,the similar color can be separate completely,to achieve the ebst effect of color sorting.
Marerial identification and automatic calibration function.
According to the spectra characteristic and identification of characteristics of rice,specifically design flexibility and robustness of both special grain detection algorithm start from the spectra analysis to meet slight color detectiom to improve robustness,to avoid interference with other factors of material surface.
