Haokebang Machinery Factory has developed environmental protection hot air stove which use wood , straw and other crops waste as fuel to provide heat source for grain dryer.The temperature can be set discretionarily and the theermal efficiency can reach to 85%. It is configured of the domestic leading automatic constant temperature ventilation device, can instantly reduce the temperature of dryering layer to make sure the grains' quality and decrease the rate of broken. What's more, the cost is the lowest.

Working principle

Stove body uses refractory material and adopts burner with heat integration.It use indirect heat transfer technology and the heat is from the high temperature parts of stove body. Heat transfer uses plate heat exchanger, smoke and gas are separate, thermal efficiency can reach to 85%, heating up fast, easy installation and durable.
