Machine type:HYWhen the air and water vapor pass high temperature solid fuel layer (coal or coke), they are in chemical reactions to produce mixed coal gas and burning to release heat to heat workpieces. When the gasification agent (air or water vapor) enter the stove, they form five layers along the height direction. From bottom to top, they can be divided into ash layer, oxidation layer, reduction layer, dry distilation layer and dry layer.Gasification agent first pass the ash layer to get preheating. When it goes up to high temperature burning layer, carbon and oxygen occur oxidizing exothermic reaction. The hot gas in oxidation rises again, contacts with the upper fuel and occur reduction reaction. The hot gas in reduction layer continues to rise and heat the coal layer to produce dry distilation layer and dry layer. The final coal gas gathers in material layer, together with physical sensible heat of fuel into the burner to burn.
